NOTE: This setup does come with a cost due to the fact you’re using an AWS server to send CAPI events. So you will get a bill from AWS every month after setting it up – many people are seeing $70+ USD per month bills from AWS. It’s a very easy, effective CAPI setup, but just a heads-up re. cost 🙂
Until now, setting up the Facebook conversions API has been quite difficult. There are lots of options, each requiring technical skills to set up, or having some pretty significant downfalls if if they don’t (e.g. Zapier).
That all changed with the latest option from Facebook called the Facebook Conversions API Gateway.
In this video you’ll learn how to set up the Facebook Conversions API using Facebook Conversions API Gateway.
The Facebook Conversions API Gateway is a new way to set up CAPI that’s easy, fast, and offers all of the important features including event deduplication.
You don’t need to hire a developer or touch a single piece of code to set this up. It’s my new favorite way to set up the Conversions API.
