A few days ago I made a video after not having made one in quite some time. I felt great after recording and uploading it! This gave me the idea that making a video journal and discussing important topics could not only be therapeutic for me, but it could help others who are experiencing the same issues! Basically, a video journal can definitely improve your mental health!
