Factorising 1

This video looks at breaking up a number or an expression into its component parts. For example, the number 8 may be broken into 4, and 2, this is because we know that 4 * 2 is 8.
When we break up an expression or number into its component parts, we are factorising the number. The video shows us how to do this and it is a very important, and useful, skill to have.
