It is sometimes the case that businesses form marketing, distribution, production, or other business function relationships with each other so as to facilitate sales and reduce costs.
This video will examine the ways in which a business may implement strategy. More specifically it will look at the role of alliances that may be developed in order to implement a sophisticated strategy. Alliances involve complexities, these range from trust, to disputes and issues moving forward with the plan. It is therefore possible to see the involvement of alliances and the development of this type of cooperation as positive because it enables more sophisticated projects to be developed, but also time consuming and possibly costly as additional factors, personalities, and incompatibilities have to be addressed .
The video will examine some of these issues in more detail
